Does anyone have any understanding why there have not been any signings coming through Amrock? I called Amrock and was told it was slow. I get that it is slow, I am just wondering if Amrock has now taken all of its business inhouse to RON closings.
Yup! You answered your own question. If your not RON certified then it will be very slow for you with them.

I did many of the RON with Amrock last year. Have you heard if Amrock is running its own inhouse notaries?
I’m not sure on that, but would make sense if they did considering everything going on lately (cost savings/COVID). Everyone else is starting to do it with RON. The main purpose is to limit “in person” contact from what I understand. Some only hire us through SS because they have a backlog, some jurisdictional issues, others may just not want the in-house legal issues from what I can understand.

Although I think they are pretty busy in Colorado. Based on what I can see here, there are a lot of notaries in my area who are very busy because the only way I get assignment is when other notaries near me are booked or maybe they quit because my fees are not cheap, which means I’m the last person on their list to call!!! Tomorrow I have five closings and three of them from Amrock! I’m actually booked up to April 17th now. And most docs are in already. Thank God. 
And oh yeah all refi with large cash out.
