Has anyone had any experience with AMROCK as a Notary Signing Agent?
I love them! Most are for Quicken refi’s which are well prepared and easy to do.

Average fee for the refi’s if I can pry? Thank you. I am waiting on approval/setup with them currently.
What is your fee? YOUR fee…Amrock will lowball you to $65 - $85, but Quicken packages are small and you usually only print one set (although IMO there are some things you should be leaving with signers). Other packages I’m not sure of…when I worked with them I liked them. They paid my fee like clockwork. always reliable. I stopped working for them (we had a bit of a falling out) when I refused to sign the JPMorgan Chase agreement allowing them to come in and inspect my computer, my office and my security system.
They ARE steady, they ARE reliable payers, but just negotiate a fee that’s agreeable to both of you and that you’re comfortable with

Honestly, I usually don’t leave my office for under $85.00 per signing, depending on mileage. Of course they will not tell you the number of pages involved to be printed plus double that for the signer’s copy.
I think if notaries would be consistent with fees, agencies would not try to low ball. There is a lot of legal liability, time, and supplies/overhead expenses involved in signings.

$110-140, double if there’s double the paperwork. I ask what I want and they give it, but there aren’t a lot of other signing agents in my area. I think I could ask for more, but I try to average $35/hr for all of my time and factoring in all of my expenses.

If a company tries to low ball me on a 100pg document the borrower can forget about a printed copy

I also luv working with Amrock but they would never pay that much in SoCal. Too many NSA’s here.

How do you get signings through AMROCK?
I never thought to consider the hourly price for my signings. Just starting out and i didn’t really have a basis for pricing other than what other agents were saying for specific document types. Thanks for that!
The best experience I’ve had is with AMROCK easy well organize and alway alway pay on time every 2 weeks no low ball offers all over $140-175 I love the QL closings especially the Hybrids I am having issues with payment with other venders I don’t bother with Coast to Coast or Snapdocs I am sorry but $35-75 with scan backs and 150plus pages its NOT worth it. Its ridiculous that companies would even offer such payments

Notary Contractors hire me for Amrock signings which are most of the time through Quicken Loans but at times they use other affiliates. I have a fee schedule that starts at $150 + Scans $25. Further mileage involved my fees increase. Haven’t made it to $350 range but do get $225 depending on situation. Perhaps I need to upgrade my fee schedule
