Signing services are under the gun from title to get the documents back so the loan can be processed.
Yes I have they pay 1st and last Friday of every month if that your concern.
Why do people blame signing order and snapdocs for their payment problems? The companies just use there platforms they are no babysitter’s for notaries.

I always wonder why they can’t schedule signings for the “day before” the loan needs to be funded, instead of the “day of”. Are they purposely trying to make life more difficult for the signing agent?
