I haven’t seen a new signing from AMROCK for about a month and I wonder if this is also the experience of other notaries who do signings for them? I talked to AMROCK Partner Management three weeks ago. Their explanation is that high interest rates have dried up the refi. market until at least the first of the year.
Yes it just got raised again day before yesterday.
There will be low to no work the next few months with all companies (per market predictions).
I had 3 with Amrock this week. Might be your area.
I had multiple offers from them this week but were only able to do two for some personal reasons. Slower than usual with them though.

I am still hearing from them for signings but it is definitely slower. I now live in a different area and I expected assignments would be slower
It’s definately slower. The worst part is when we receive orders that we know are messed up In Michigan we all know not to accept the orders with the 662 Woodward Ave Detroit, or 20556 in Livonia because it’s an error. The borrower is in a different state. I’m so mad at chase right now!!!
