Hello, any feedback on this company. The reviews I found weren’t positive as to payment.
Tigers don’t change their stripes. So unless you see a lot of recent positive posts, I’d BELIEVE.
In 2022 I did a job on July 27 and got paid on September 15. I was reached by them directly via their own website. If I was reached after that - we never agreed to terms or fee. I don’t really remember anything terrible about them. There are some services who pay the 15th of the following month. But I don’t exactly remember how they stated their terms and why it took 7 weeks. But I got paid. Many notaries refuse to work for anyone paying past 30 days.
Sometimes I’ll take an order knowing it will pay later than most of the folks I work for. I wasn’t bothered in 2022 by that pay lag.
There are several signing services with similar name.
ASAP Pro Notary Services, Southlake, TX
ASAP Signing Services, Inc., Citrus Heights, CA
ASAP! Loan Docs, Inc., Bakersfield, CA
I have worked numerous times with ASAP Signing Services, Inc. Andrea runs a good company.
Per her statement to me on 10/1/2024: “Our pay schedule is as follows:
Anything signed the 1st thru the 15th is sent on the 10th of the following month; Anything signed the 16th thru the 30th is sent on the 30th of the following month; We send out paper checks in the mail.” She will pay professional fees.
I’ve never worked with the other 2 companies listed above.
When inquiring about any company, it helps to include any and all additional information (i.e. location, contact info, principal(s) involved, etc.).

I do not recommend working with the ASAP company. They are unprofessional in their approach She sent me a text in all caps and threatened to remove my fee if I didn’t contact her immediately, she wanted to know when the docs would be dropped…..I called her several times but her vm was full, no way to leave a message. I asked her if her intention was to yell at me since her text was all caps. She said she was trying to make it urgent. I had been receiving her calls but I couldnt reach her, I ws driving couldnt text at the moment she was demanding and acting like a 2 year old

It appears that the bad reviews I read were from the other companies. I will let you all know how it turns out.
If someone sends a need to know now text I just pull over and address it.
You can’t take all caps personally or accuse someone of yelling at you or being a child because you’re irritated. That’s not the picture of professionalism either.
I have done 10-15 signings with ASAP Pro Notary Services in Southlake, TX. They always pay within their stated time frame. Their notary fees are acceptable for me.
