Banserv Onboarding

Recently onboarded with Bancserv at the top of August. I completed the process, last step consisted of a representative contacting me to ask about the counties I service, fees and scheduling. Fast forward to 10-6-21, I’ve yet to receive any notifications. I sent multiple emails inquiring, received a returned reply regarding an overload of applications (not sure how that’s possible, they have a set number of applicants they accept each month). Yesterday I finally spoke with someone who informed that I am signed up to service a county, I’ve never heard of and that was the only one. How can that possibly be if I spoke with someone who claimed to enter all the information? If felt so black balled.
At any rate I referred to the initial email and sent a request to remove the unheard of county, in addition to adding the proper ones.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Also, is the notary department the correct department to get this corrected?

No but I just started with them finally it took a while but worth the wait in less than a week I have had 2 signings with them just within 3 days lol and the packets are not that big and they pay well and they are busy so keep at it definitely Worth it .:innocent:

I didn’t have very good luck with bankserv but that was about 6 years ago perhaps they’ve changed but my past experience with them was not a positive one.
