Doc Pros Signings LLC is at 37 days for a measley $25 Job for a single doc not too far from me. I’ve reached out to them 3x already and no response. How sad is this. First time working with them and will be the last time.
@ThyNguyen Sorry to read that you’re experiencing Non-Payment for your professional services successfully provided to that business entity.
.
Even if we’ve already worked with a business entity, in the current environment many businesses are choosing Non-Payment. Therefore, it’s vital to your survival to regularly check on the reputation of these business entities via the priceless Notary Cafe database Search Function.
You’ve been a member for quite some time, so it’s presumed that you’re cognizant of how to access the Search Function.
Just in case you were unable to locate this thread/post, I’ve inserted a post with helpful data found within it:
It has been many years since their previously reliable reputation found itself slipping into the Non-Payment category . . .
Any updates about receiving payment from Doc Pro? They’ve reached out to me a couple of times about completing signings.
@ThyNguyen By any chance did you see this followup query request?
For anyone having issues getting paid by Doc Pros, PATRICK MAUE has been their CFO for over 22 years. Perhaps you can try reaching out to him?

Job performed May 20.
Paid June 27.
There’s nothing wrong with how they pay their notaries.
@ThyNguyen Many are querying the current payment status of your outstanding invoices (see above).
Would you please provide a current status?
Thank You
