Cloud Signings LLC Non Payment

BTW - it’s not 60 days. It is 60 BUSINESS Days which is closed to 90 days!

I did get paid “on time” for my late December closing. I got paid TODAY (03/17/25)! But I did submit my invoice twice - once early and once last week. I did get paid “on time” - the Monday after the 60th BUSINESS Day from the signing!

Good, I am glad you got paid, Barb. I still think 60 business days to get paid for our work is an unreasonable/asinine wait time. If other notaries are okay with that kind of waiting, it’s their choice.

I agree with you 10000000%! This was my first work order with them and I was greedy for work! I posted mainly because there are/were too many folks that complained about their payment schedule but didn’t know to submit an invoice, didn’t read the “small print” about payment timing and/or neglected to read the “Business Day” comment. I just wanted to post that when you play by their (ridiculous) rules, you do get paid exactly as stated.

Guernica… Don’t forget, they don’t pay in 60 days! They pay in 60 BUSINESS days which usually ends up being close to 90 days. And yes, they do pay the Monday after the weekend after that 60 Business Days is up! Disgusting and unprofessional but they also have the right to not pay you at all if you don’t submit your invoice timely!

If I have a big A/R pending I might take a couple of net 60 orders. But I don’t build up a lot of orders that pay that far out.
