I did a loan mod for $100. Client lived 30 minutes away. I got there and the borrower didnt like the terms. We called everyone we could after hours and no answer. I charge them a trip and print fee. borrower called two days later and said he was ready to sign. I printed docs and closed loan. They wanted to pay a $15 print and trip fee and $100 for closing it. SAD SAD SAD

Greed is their main problem. So many I’ve called are sitting there with kids screaming in the background. You do the work…they keep the money.

I am waiting on payment for two jobs with Coast2Coast that were completed back in August - no payment, no replies to emails, no reply to messages posted on the jobs, no nothing. I will never work with them again

They just sent me my payment via deluxe. And no, I did not. I utilized the doc cloud website. They were loan mods
Glad to hear this gotten taken care of. When I was brand new C2C was a favorite signing service because they answered every question and there was always someone available. They might forget to pay once in a while or take longer than I’d like, but I learned quite a lot working with them which was valuable. And I always got paid. Sometimes longer than other times.
I did a signing for Coast 2 Coast on Sep 26, 2025. I have not been paid for it yet. Keep in mind we are only talking $50.00. I went thru Docloud. Payment terms say net 30 days. I reached out to Coast 2 Coast, thru docloud, and was told on Oct 28, 2025, payment would go out Friday (which would have been Oct 31,2025). No payment received. I have reached out numerous times thru messaging and email with no response at all since Oct 28, 2025. I tried to call, it rang 2 times and someone on the other end picked up and hung up. This happened 3 times in a row. I will continue to reach out thru messaging, email and phone, but does anybody have a good address for them.
Unless Coast 2 Coast has a different arrangement with the title company, when that loan funds they get paid, usually3-4 days. Sad part is we are only talking $50.00
There are several companies with similar names. What other info do you have for your Coast 2 Coast? What phone number do you have? What email address do you have?
BTW, it doesn’t matter if it’s $50 or $5 or $500. It’s funds that you were promised for services rendered. You earned it.
Even when I send one their first response is “We didn’t receive your invoice.” Just contacting title one time does guarantee they will pay. Slowly with the “not received” story but it will keep them semi honest. I doubt they will survive long. Obviously they do not budget the funds they receive. Appears they rob Peter to pay Paul. (I’m hoping the cafe troll responds!)

I just posted the research I’m doing on Coast2Coast. Never again with that company. I have an unpaid bill from September 19th.
