Is anyone else having a problem getting paid from Coast 2 Coast. It seems like every time I do a job for them, they don’;t pay on time and I have to keep emailing the accounting dept for payment, and I never get any response. They were not always like this, and I know they got paid for the job. Their terms are the first Friday after 37 days, (which is kind of odd). I;m just wondering does that include weekends? Any imput would be much appreciated.
There are a lot of threads regarding Coast2Coast and how they pay. I advise you cotinue to contact them for payment. Sometimes it takes 60 days. Just keep emailing them. And do a thread search lots of things to read.
Yes, I had to invoice C2C 3x in order to get paid.
They were low paying and well beyond the contract term.
I will never work for them again.
I agree, Cloud Signing is the same. 60 days to pay.
I refuse anything from C2C. Several years back they owed for 3 signings and I had to go through the secretary of state to get them to pay. They were 180 days past due. 30 days is actually too long to wait for payment.
I’ve had the same problem before, but once I tell them on the actual order notes, that I have been trying to contact their accounting department for payment status , right away I get a payment the same day or the next day. I don’t know why they don’t respond or pay on time when they are supposed to.
I will not work for them again. It took 180 and I had to email the Escrow officer 25 times. Its not worth it.
It took three months for Coast 2 Coast Signings to pay me for three files. I spent more time trying to get paid - emailing and calling - than it took to complete the signings. They did not respond to any emails or return any calls. I had to threaten by email to turn them into the California Secretary of State (they are notaries too, and notaries are not supposed to conduct theft of services), BBB, and their title clients to finally get paid. I am done with them.
C2C was helpful with the signing process, reliable when I needed assistance, and resolve payment delays promptly when contacted. The payments were often delayed, and the compensation is not sufficient. I don’t work for them anymore!
I will never take anything from them and I have them blocked on all of the s/s platforms. I have no desire to chase them down for services that they have requested.
I refuse to do any closings for them. They underpay and like you stated, chasing them for payment is ridiculous. I just never accept closings from them as it’s a waste of my time.
