Cykix - scam no pay

Did a closing with Cykix June 2025 and have not received response or payment despite multiple attempts to collect rightful payment. Chris Ellis and this company are not to be trusted, I now see multiple other complaints regarding the same issue.

Why did you take the signing without vetting the company?

We learn from mistakes

You don’t have to there a ways to check out companies.

Don’t feel bad - I forgot about a signing I did for this company and sent an email after like 5 months and said can you please advise me when you paid me for this order, I forgot to write it down.

I got an echeck that day. I personally think you get further avoiding confrontation when you’re trying to get paid. It’s worked for me so far. Getting upset when contacting a hiring party never works well. I just won’t work for this company again. I got paid but 5 months isn’t okay ever.

They have a very good rating on notary rotary 4 and a half stars.

You should contact the NNA. They can help you. They can tell you how to get your money, what steps to follow.

Actually Notary Cafe can also help. The NNA only helps its members.

I completed a job for them on 12/19/25 and still have not gotten paid. I am just now learning they have scammed people out of money. For those who have finally gotten paid, what attempts did you make that were successful?

I got paid when I sent an email and said “I forgot to write it down, when was I paid for this assignment?” And the next day I got a check.

They have paid me in the past. However, I am currently trying to collect payment for one of my recent assignments, and they have not responded to my messages. I have also been unable to find a phone number to contact them directly.

It is very concerning that we cannot fully trust companies operating through Snapdocs when it comes to payment reliability.

If they’re ghosting you, I’d send one last firm email with a deadline and then look into small claims or blasting a factual review so others don’t get burned.

I dont understand what the problem is look them up on notary rotary 4 and a half stars with good comments.

They do take a while to pay.

Well you and I know different companies have different pay periods

It has now been three months. They have not responded to my emails, and I have not been able to find a phone number to contact them directly.

I will be looking into filing a small claims case. Thank you all for your comments and support.
