Cykix doesn’t pay

CykiX is on snap docs and hasnt paid my 5/6/2025 job I did. That was over 3 months ago. I’ve emailed, sent text messages, put a note in the snap docs system and haven’t gotten any response! They should NOT be allowed to be on the platform since they don’t have enough respect to pay us notaries. How do we go about having the title company and snap docs not hiring them anymore???

I had that happen to me. Here are the steps I was told to take and it worked. You need to contact the title company who used the signing service that contracted with you. If they refuse to help, let them know you holding them responsible. If they refuse to get the service to pay or to pay you, send 3 emails with a copy of the invoices attached marked PAST DUE, spaced about a week or two apart requesting payment with the warning that unless payment is made, you will be taking further action…

Think they went out of business? I too was not paid for 2 closings from March. I always had a great relationship with them over the years, I hope they come back. Maybe temporary? Paid fair fees and easy to work with. One of my favs!

Cykix is now 22 days past due. I’ve sent an invoice with a PAST DUE banner and have gotten no response. Thank you for the insight on how to proceed. Will the title company feel obligated to pay me for services rendered if I can’t get it from the hiring company?

Title has already paid out to the signing service so they will not be able to pay out again.

UPDATE: After sending a complaint to the lender, SnapDocs, and a direct message to the company that included phrases such as “multiple attempts to collect payment”, “lack of communication and payment”, and, finally, “pursue legal action”, I received a check in the past due amount in my company’s email inbox. I guess you have to get aggressive to get paid for work you actually did.
