This is very unusual for Amrock to send out an signing mobile order that consist of a loan package of 157 pages paying $65. I accepted the order thinking it’s one of their RON assignments. After getting the notary service order instructions and previewing the loan package. I immediately called Amrock requesting the order to be reassigned. Yes, I know how to counter offer and probably would have gotten my asking fee. I already had an assignment scheduled for 5:30pm. This assignment was a million dollar loan amount, scheduled for 4pm. Also, I have seen 5 orders come up today. The end of the month is a money making time. But we have to be careful too, companies makes mistakes too. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, that the $65 fee was a mistake. Because Amrock has my fee schedule and there no mobile assignment listed for $65.
