I see a lot of inquiries on sign up for FASS. I called them the other day, because I too received an error on their website. The representative who I spoke to said that they do not have Open Enrollment right now for Signing Agents and to call back to check to see when they do. They said they have enough Agents right now. But did say that to be eligible, you’ll need the following:

2 years of experience

$25,000 E&O Insurance

Clean background

There may be more requirements, but this is what was conveyed to me.
