Hello Everyone,

Has anyone else gotten any communication from FASS regarding their Transfer of files to A360 ? or i was thinking this might be directed towards certain individual vendors.

Yes, I spoke to vendor relations earlier this week; this change started this week. The signing service is offering the Navy Federal HELOCs for 75 to 80 now. I refuse to accept anything less than $90 for those. This change happened in April 2023

I just called FASS to find out why the last 5 signings I accepted were added to my list of accepted signings then disappeared without confirmation email. FASS told me a360 would be taking over their signings. :frowning: I have closed over 50 for FASS in 2023 and have not had a single offer from a360. Not happy.

I’m still doing Navy FCU signings with FASS for $90. Just did one yesterday.
I done a few signings for A360 this year. A360 used to be Express Notary Service. My last signing with Express Notary Service was with the owner of company. They sold out to A360 just a hear after the peak.
They paid between $90-$125.

FASS informed me last week they would not be servicing their files and every order goes through a360 now. Orders will continue to go through the app. until it’s finalized. I hadn’t seen anything posted last week. Many of my orders went to my cue and then disappeared.

Thanks for your response. Do you use a APP or the web browser to manage your profile and closings for FASS. I’ve always used the Website .

There’s no app with FASS. My mistake. It’s through text message or email only. Within the FASS platform you can view when orders have been assigned, however. All of these are being routed to the new servicer for FASS.

Does A360 only pay $90 as well? I have a minimum fee of $100. Here in upstate NY you have to drive far to get ANYWHERE

I used to do signings for Express Notary when I could negotiate my fee. I have worked directly for First American Title in the past, I do not know if that is the same company? Lately my brother, who is also a notary, is getting assignments through A360 when Express Notary used to ignore him in the past. He has also never worked directly for First American. Some of the signings are for First American and others are Title 365. I have recently booked a signing with Title 365 directly, so I’m not sure what is going on.

Okay… Im gald it wasn’t just me. In the past week alone i accepted 4 and was not assigned any which never happened to me before. I would always get it in the past once I accepted it. I have done almost 100 for them since I signed up with them last september and was getting confused as to why i was being rejected.

I use to get signing from FASS, but since April 2023 I have not received any. I called the FASS number and they told me what everyone is saying, A360 took over their signings. I am also not happy about this change. :unamused: Have a nice day.

Good news! it appears that our complaints have reached upper management; if you accept the orders through Fass, a360 will assign you the order for the listed fee. Instead of the confirmation coming through fass, it will come through a360

I’m confused…. The notification will come through who?

FASS will send the order; I was assigned 4 today for $90 each. The order confirmation will come from ā360.

I think they are doing it this way because â360 will need to make sure scans are uploaded for NFCU.

For the NFCU orders you were assigned, did you accept them in FASS before they popped up in ā360 or did you accept them in ā360? Not having any luck either way.

I accepted through FASS. It appears that first am is using its own notaries but is using the ā360 platform.

I just spoke to a360 and they said that for the next 3-6 weeks the notifications would go through FASS but will be assigned through their platform. Also if you are white glove with FASS you will be coded as white glove on their platform. It’s funny because I signed up directly with them in 2021 and never received any type of notification from them ever so I’m a bit nervous about this new change as FASS was one of my best companies that feed me regular business weekly. I do like the platform though seems simple and easy to use and the person I spoke with was nice and friendly… so my fingers will be crossed.
