I recently found www.notarytoolbox. com [Link broken by NC moderators] which is pretty cool. It has a whole bunch of little modules in it such as invoicing, it keeps track of outstanding invoices, can generate invoices, track expenses, calendar, it has a pdf tool that allows you to combine pdf’s, merge them etc…there is a doc vault. They offer getting a dedicated email account which I am thinking about. I was curious if anyone else is using it and what they thought about it.
