I am a newbie at California and post for the first time. Have done couple refi and this is my Heloc. Please advise things to be aware of and also noticed that there are same documents uploaded twice for printing. What should i be doing?
Did you ever get this figured out? I have a HELOC tomorrow, my first, and when I saw the duplicate docs I was baffled and came here for advice. Do I get both copies signed?
Heloc 2nd set are the borrower’s copies.
