Is AMROCK still in Business

It’s been a year since I received an order—Ron, Hybrid, or paper from Amrock. ( Straight A’s) I haven’t been able to log on to the portal lately. I’ve requested a password reset and received one, but it states I will check back later or ask for a new password reset link. I was just wondering if anyone is having any issues with them.

Call them up if you want to know just was on their web site. But the market is slow, I am as busy as I want to be.

Amrock is still in business. Just accommodated a Hybrid for them this morning.

Most of their files come in as blast offers on their mobile app. Once in a while, they’ll actually phone me if it’s a special instruction file (i.e. Spanish required) or post-closing/trailing doc(s).

I just actually posted the same type of questions regarding Amrock. I’ve received NO notifications via app or phone call for weeks now, and I’ve closed two loans with Signature Closers that had Amrock’s name on them making me really wonder what is going on. I’ve done a Google search, but I came up with nothing, but something seems amiss.

I still do signings for them fairly regularly but they call me directly.

Are your credentials up to date (background check, NNA certification)? My app was strangely silent for a while so I deleted it and reinstalled. I do know that I can be talking with another notary and one of us will get the ding and not the other (and we serve the same area).

As for Signature Closers there are independent folks who process Rocket/Amrock packages - especially for purchases. I have done two within the last few months.
