They are not reliable in paying for service rendered. I strongly recommend notaries not to accept signing from them. They are located in California. I completed a signing with this company back in March 27,2023 and as of today June 20, 2023, I have yet to receive payment. I spoke to Melanie, she stated that I was in a batch that did not get processed, but if should receive payment within two days, which was on May 30, 2023. I have contacted them via email and voicemail to no avail.

It’s always wise to research & vet a new client prior to providing a definitive confirmation for your initial Signing Order for them. A great start of research would begin within the Notary Cafe forums Search Function.
Nearly all members find it difficult/if not impossible to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database.

Accessing the database to locate info about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .
Call Title and tell them. They generally disapprove of SS who don’t pay the notary and may help you get paid.

I did a signing for them in January this noted they paid me in snapdocs never received a check. I have called and emailed and left message within the order with no response. I will never work with them again. they still post assignments so they are still in business.
Did you send an invoice? I have been told California companies must get an invoice.
