Do any of you work with PROformance Signings LLC in Columbus Ohio? I completed one signing for them in July and have not received payment. I’ve attempted to contact them using the contact methods provided in order and on their website and have not gotten any response. Any suggestions for how to contact them?
Greetings -
I don’t know if you have this, or if it will be useful; but I was able to obtain their address via D&B:
And this registered number (different from above & their website) via whois:
1.4806242599.
Hope this helps.
V/R,
Karina
According to their website, Gretchen Jackman is the owner. She does have an online presence. (22) Gretchen Jackman | LinkedIn
Hi Doddie, I am just wondering if you were ever paid. It would help me in how I should pursue a payment owed to me. Thanks!

I completed a signing for her. she agreed to pay me $125
the company that hired her that she past on to me called me to go back out and they immediately paid me $125 no question’s asked just a big thank you!
Gretchen replied to my text once when I asked for witnesses. Outside of that no response to text or email or calls.
I was told her husband has or had cancer. That said my heart goes out to them however, don’t send someone to do your job if you do not intend to pay them. I do know they paid her.
It has been 84 days for with no payment for me, from this company. Was told they were checking on it and the bad winter caused delays. When I followed up again the person said I was harassing them. I have had signing services that pay later than others but this one has never paid and I don’t expect they will. Couple hundred signings and this one was my one bad payment experience.
No payment or response of any kind from them at this point
On January 30, 2026, I mailed a letter through the United States Postal Service as Certified Mail, Restricted Delivery, Return Receipt Requested. The letter was a formal demand for payment for notary signing services and was addressed specifically to Gretchen Louise Jackson.
For anyone familiar with the process, Restricted Delivery means only the named person is allowed to receive and sign for the letter. And yes… that little upgrade costs extra.
So imagine my surprise when the Return Receipt came back showing the letter had been left at the front desk and signed for by… well… someone.
Apparently “Restricted Delivery” now means:
“Restricted to whoever happens to be closest to the pen.”
I’m a small company. I could spend my time arguing with the USPS about it… but I’d rather spend that time working, living, and occasionally laughing at how these things play out.
It has been a while, so my next move—something new for me—will be to send an email forgiving the debt.
Sometimes I win, Sometimes I lose.
But every once in a while, the universe hands you a story instead of a payment.
And honestly… I still love my job. ![]()
