I have seen the previous post on the Brother HLL6200DWT, however, that model is discontinued. Replacement with all in one capability preferred.

What Printer and Scanner are Best for Signing Agents

I seem to be having problems with my Brother ADS 2200 scanner (that is brand new). It seems to be doing some with the document headings (taking off some ink when scanning) and also marks from what looks like the rollers. I clean the darn thing - and it might work for awhile without the smudges, but then there it is again. Also, I seem to be having intermittent problems with my Brother HLL6200DW. Like when I printed the deed of trust a couple of pages came out not as clear as the other pages…

When I started my loan signing business, over 25 years ago, success, ment me purchasing a plain paper laser fax. I think that cost me $1600. Since purchasing my first brother, all in one I’ve owned every upgraded model. Yes, those brothers can be a little bit quirky, but they’ve been a solid investment through the years.

@zed298 This has been my direct experience as well (beginning nearly 2 decades ago).
