the closer llc send me bad check
their check are returned by my bank and got charged fee for it

That’s Not a title company, Thazz just the middle man agent / signing service aka P***P
Direct title companies usually solid.

How do you get business from Title companies. Don’t they all have their own Notaries? Do you just send them a letter or call them?
