Signature Signings

Hello everyone,
Is anyone Signature Signing “approved”? They require a one time account set up $25.00 fee and submitting to Fidelity approval. Which I have no issue with but a lot of signing services are free and a lot want money to list you , so just trying to weed out if they’re actually active in sending leads and signings.
Do they send a lot of signings ? Are their fees reasonable ? How often do you get work from them? is it hard to actually get assigned to a signing from them?
Thank you !

I wouldn’t. But it 's your money/your call.

ok so I logged in this morning and I have an active profile without having paid them, it seems the paid memberships are options that offer more benefits than the standard “non paid” ones . I will stay in the non paying category and see how that goes as I’m just not down with paying for the chance at getting a signing. Their numbers don’t seem very high as far as signings per year so I don’t think it’s worth it to fork over the cash for the “possibility”. So I’ll stay where I’m at and see what happens . I did submit the fidelity paperwork though .

@chandie.kent Please understand if approved, you will only be “Fidelity Approved” for THAT signing service. Also, in your agreement, there is wording that you cannot advertise on your website or any profiles that you are “Fidelity Approved”. Finally, I believe it has been reported here that Fidelity requires you to have at least two years loan signing experience under your belt in order to be approved.

Just some info I thought I’d pass along. And best of luck.

P.S. Always remember to Research the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database before creating a new thread, because the question (more than likely) has been posed & answered multiple times previously . . .

This information is a GOLDMINE!

Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database.

To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

DON’T FORGET: Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . . :crown:
