Me can’t find the docs to print. Also I cannot get in touch with the borrowers. In the other platforms even if you don’t confirm they tell you attend the closing anyway. Is it that they won’t upload the docs until I say I’ve confirmed? I have emailed and tried to call since yesterday with no response and the closing is in an hour and 15 minutes. Assuming I just won’t go since I have no docs
And if that’s the case should we get compensated for not taking other jobs for that time frame even tho no docs were printed ?
Yes, it is tricky to find but then so obvious when you do, LOL! From your dashboard, click View Order. Just before the blue line at the top of the order is the tab “Documents”…click there and voila.

also, on the right of the screen of the main page, you will see 4 things…confirm, view, doc, completion…if the docs have not been uploaded, there will be a diagonal line thru the word (documents or docs).
Companies don’t generally pay you for unsuccessful signings unless you print the docs and/or travel to the signer…print fee and/or travel fee.
How did it go? Did you get your documents in time? The first few I had on Signing Order the documents didn’t come until the time of the appt. or shortly after. I hope everything went well.

They wanted 80 I think at first. Then when they re scheduled they asked me
If I was available again and this time it showed scambacks. The first order said none so I asked for 125 and they gave it. It was like 120 pages
