Smallest Round Stamp HELP!

If you’re a Texas notary you know the pain of having to fit a stamp/seal in for an Affidavit of Motor Vehicle Gift Transfer. I’ve measured it and they only allow 1" round stamp. No, the DMV will not accept a certificate attachment. Does anyone have any places they can suggest for ordering such a stamp that will work? Thank you.

Does it have to be round? Get more into a 1" tall rectangle. Or is the space literally 1" X 1"?
Do you need to supply a commission to manufacturer or can you just get it anywhere? Rubber Stamp Champ–design your own m/l

It’s a 1x1. Round seems would be Better fit.

I have a very small rectangle stamp for the affidavit on vehicle titles. I haven’t done any for Texas but I have a small stamp for the required notarizations on documents that have no room for my regular round stamp. I’ve never seen any requirement for the shape of a stamp. I would double check that. The smallest one can be ordered with a border.

Contact Harry over at Notary Rotary. He and I collaborated on the California disclaimer stamp. (note) You would need a letter from our SOS to make an extra notary stamp here in California, and there’s a maximum mandated size but no minimum as long as the font is readable. I use a big round stamp on all apostilles along with a matching embosser on a gold foil seal.

this item has a 1" round stamp option in the drop down customization options , they ask you to upload an image of what you want on the stamp and to confirm the wording on the form as well.
I hope you find it useful and they can make your stamp.

It would be Great to know if you have firsthand, direct experience ordering from that business entity! Reference screenshot below for business details.

@cNsa5 I do not have any direct experience with this entity, @5starsignandseal’s post promoted me to do a search and I found this. I do think I might place an order as I need to update my stamps since I moved counties anyway and there are always forms that want a stamp in an impossibly small space. I will review it once I utilize their stamp a few times so everyone can have firsthand knowledge of how it performs.
