Negotiate your fee and ask them to send you via email on when and how you are getting paid. They are low ball outfit with a huge printing request. On refi you should ask for $130 with no scan back and add $10 for scan back. Hope this helps.
Only reason I can think of that you wouldn’t get paid is if you didn’t close out the order.
