TITLE 365, Inc

Is Title 365 still in business?
What about Amrock?
Inspire?
Just doing a little end of year clean up and I can not Log into these portals anymore.

Think they all are. Am in Amrock’s with 100% rating…yet they seem to have a cheaper favorite and I only get hired (usually thru a SS for more $ than I long ago quoted to Amrock). Go figure~~

SS?
Not sure what that is …
I just sent Amrock an email to update my access.

Signing Service … get Amrock orders thru random SS

Once I raised my rates with Amrock they cut me off entirely.

Title 365 - yes. If anything expired, they would have deleted you from access though.

yes, Amrock and Title365 are open and active with business. I get direct work from both of them frequently.

Inspire was a spin off from Mortgage Connect, I believe inspire is gone. Mortgage Connect still going. Amrock pays to low rates. Nothing on Title365.

Uncertain how to access the database?

Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database.

To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

FYI: Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . . :crown:

I believe Townsgate has taken the place of Inspire.

Townsgate, Mortgage Connect and Title 365 are all in the same town in Pennsylvania. Not familiar with Inspire but if they were in Corapolis - hmmm.

How do you like Mortgage Connect? I just got accepted by them and am doing the training/certification for them. Hoping this is worth the time, and trusting it will be. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

@UtahNotaryConnect By any chance did you find the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this topic?

This information is a GOLDMINE!

My experience is - I usually have to counter their offers with fees I will accept. They do like to put out orders and really low fees. I find the website a little cumbersome and it took a few times before I understood invoice submission. But their packages are consistent so easy to get used. They respond to questions pretty well. When invoices are submitted correctly they pay very regularly.

I have no problem with MC. Just be consistent with fees you charge.

SS means Signing service

They changed their structure and now fees are so much lower.

Inspire is the sister company to mortgage connect. Townsgate might be too since all of the paperwork is similar.

You should be able to set your own fees with Amrock in their app. Mine are topped at $200.

In my rural region, it’s almost impossible to get offers at $200. There is heavy competition from lots of new notaries who take jobs on the cheap.

But I have learned to not go under my minimum. And I get a lot more for out of county. So location location as far as fee setting.
