Has anyone done work for Unlimited Ink Notary? I received an order yesterday. Within 10 minutes I called and confirmed with the client, went to go into my signing order to note the appointment was confirmed and the order was gone. I emailed the company. I received an email back saying someone from the team would contact me and discuss the order with me. This morning I hadn’t heard back so I emailed again and got a response that they were sorry but it had been assigned to someone else and they apologized and said it was probably a glitch in their system. I’m a bit irritated especially because I had already called and talked to the client. 
We understand that some TC’s send their orders out to MORE than one SS. This could be the reason, it may have been taken before you even got the notice!
