Weekend Signing

Has anyone done work for Unlimited Ink Notary? I received an order yesterday. Within 10 minutes I called and confirmed with the client, went to go into my signing order to note the appointment was confirmed and the order was gone. I emailed the company. I received an email back saying someone from the team would contact me and discuss the order with me. This morning I hadn’t heard back so I emailed again and got a response that they were sorry but it had been assigned to someone else and they apologized and said it was probably a glitch in their system. I’m a bit irritated especially because I had already called and talked to the client. :woman_shrugging:

We understand that some TC’s send their orders out to MORE than one SS. This could be the reason, it may have been taken before you even got the notice!
