It’s always beneficial to all of us to share the business highs and lows.
Let’s talk about our favorite parts of the assignments today.
I’ll share mine.
It’s always helpful to hear from other professional Signing Agents.
I love the confirmation call.
It sets the tone for the signing appointment.
It may seem basic, but truly we are the only people most signers will ever actual see.
I want to make this last and final part of the transaction the best part.
My mindset is: It’s time to Congratulate them and release them back into normal life.
When I clearly communicate to the Signer the details of the appointment and share quickly my ethics, the signing go so well.
I bring out my best self on this call, so the signer is expecting a pleasant professional and sometimes funny person in there home.
Attitude is Everything!!!
My most enjoyable part of the process is prepping the docs. I feel confident and get a feel of what I can expect from the client.

It’s so important to have the review and prep time👍🏾
The scenery on the drive. Tho’ y’all make good points–guess I’ve just been doing this for too long.
LOL Arichter - for me the best part is dropping that completed package (job well done!) -

That, too…and getting paid in a timely manner! Really, I do enjoy being in different areas, being able to m/l set my own schedule, saying yea or nay to jobs, meeting new people–and critters. If I didn’t, I’d have never lasted as long as I have.

I like the people connection. It is unusual to find a person (or couple) that we don’t have something in common (children, gardens, cooking, travel, books, art, etc.). I am mindful that they have a stranger in their home. I try to find something that will put them at ease with my presence in their environment. So I will make a complimentary comment or inquiry. I take my cues from how they respond. and 9.8/10 times it’s a good signing experience for both of us.
