Have yet to receive compensation for 2 appointments totaling $235. I’ve been strung along by the escrow officer…at least she was kind enough to answer my call but has since stopped. Last communication was that they are still using the same fraudulent signing company.

Their BBB reviews are horrible. Sent a complaint to the AZ attorney general with no response. What other options do I have to get a hold of Elias Ocegueda & recoup these funds?

Did a loan for them10 years ago, never got paid, but if you’re in this industry long enough you’ll know not to take every offer (like me) blindly without doing your due diligence on the company making the offer. Bilingual is kind of a scam anyway, what little Spanish I know is enough to get signatures on a loan.

Preguntas? Teléfono Senior loan officer. Then leave them the borrower’s copies in English. What a joke.
Those guys are no different than the Somali pirates except it’s the notaries that are getting screwed and the pirates know those notaries will keep their mouths shut too.
