Hello, they still owe me for 4 signings. Complied with their policies for payment, nothing received. I know now why 1 star.
@wckjc
Thank You
for sharing your direct experience with this business entity.
As I indicated above, No first-hand knowledge on that platform (snapdocs ) as their Fees are abysmally LOW . . .
That’s a LOT of Signing Orders [SOs] to remain UNPAID.

Their payment policy is listed in the orders within Signing Order, and they are 3 months out on their payments - which IS excessive - so I just negotiate a higher fee for those signings to account for “the time value of money” and just maintain a steady pipeline.
They rarely pay me beyond their stated payment policy, but I just know to send an invoice shortly after I drop the docs, then set a reminder that the payment will arrive 3 months later.
cNsa5… Please remove your post suggesting that folks contact me regarding getting paid by Cloud Signings. That was not professional!
@barbmadaras Apologies. REMOVED as per your request.
Misunderstood your posts of extending information. Certainly didn’t intend to overstep . . . ![]()

I read that a notary was going to the PA SOS. I’m going to take that avenue and see what happens.
I took that route for Notary Nation = useless endeavor!
try the attorney general, generally the sos doesn’t regulate signing companies they are there for guide for us . good luck I hope you receive your pay from this awful company .
Well, I sent my complaint with copies of payment due to the Atty General in PA. I’ll let you know what happens when I hear back.
Please do , I hope you get paid.
I filed a complaint with the PA Atty Gen and I did get one check from Cloud Signings. I amended my complaint to see if they will pay me for the other two.
