Non-payment from Prestige Horizons LLC

Hello,
I completed a signing for Prestige Horizons, LLC via signing order on October 1st 2024 and have yet to receive payment from them. I’ve left several messages via voicemail and emails with no response.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with this signing service company. I have five star ratings with all the platforms I’m currently signed up with and to be ignored after completing the work is unfathomable. I’m having a hard time understanding this form of behavior when you need notaries to be successful.

I have concerns that my time was stolen and there are no plans to pay me for this.

I look forward to your responses.

Thank you.

Only two years old Kristine Lewis is the owner. Info is here

From Notary Rotary: Prestige Horizons LLC dba Prestige Doc Signings located in Punta Gorda, FL. Their Yelp listing shows 2 negative notary reviews: https://www.yelp.com/biz/prestige-doc-signings-pt-charlotte

Their FB is down. Their website is down. I’d strongly suggest contacting Title and hope they can be of assistance to you.

Thank you, I didn’t think of that.

Thank you, I will contact Title. This is bad for new notaries to trust the business.

@vickie.ridley Yes, it is . . .

Absolutely! I state regularly across the Notary Cafe forum to take the following action PRIOR to providing ANY professional signing agent [PSA] or general notary work [GNW] for a business entity that you’ve never worked with previously:

Accessing the Notary Cafe database to locate info about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .
