Quiktime Notary service NO PAY

I completed a signing for QuickTime Notary service through Snapdocs, They were quick to respond to questions at first. I completed the signing and scanned the docs.
After I closed the order, the following morning it switched to ‘order on hold’ and it has been silence from them ever since, (this has been over a month).
I have emailed them, left numerous messages on snapdocs, called and left several voice and text messages. The text messages reflect that it was read so I know they are seeing this. I have simply been asking for an update on the file. Because of the hold status, there will be no payment issued. (sneaky trick).
They have not responded to any messages since completion.

Be Careful dealing with this company. I have been doing this for 23 years and have seen this scam before, So it seems that its here again with Quiktime Notary.
Snapdocs is not willing to intervene or help in any way to resolve this. I would think they would want to delist companies that are scamming their notaries, but the only thing I get from snapdocs is that they dont have control over the payment. I understand that but they still allow these type of companies to continue to send jobs through their platform.

Good Luck to all notaries and have a prosperous year!

@rbierbower Thank You :tada:for sharing your direct experience with this Non-Paying business entity.

You may already know these techniques, but sharing just-in-case . . .

Update on Quiktime Notary:
As of the last post, they did reply finally and said that I was in line to get paid, but still havent taken out of ‘on hold’ status and they havent responded to my several emails since then. I think their response was purely to get me off their back.
This is a typical scam that these companies do to keep the money. Dont do business with Quiktime Notary (unless of course your ok with working for free).

@rbierbower Thank You :tada: for returning with an update.

Sorry to read that this business entity continues with the Non-Payment status for your overdue invoices.

Concur :100: percent with your suggestion noted in the excerpt above.

.

If I may, I’d like to add something to your above excerpt about ‘working for free’ . . .

In the scenario described, it’s actually working At-A-Loss due to the Out-Of-Pocket expenses that were already been incurred at the time of the signing.

So, definitively avoid accepting any Signing Orders [SOs] from this business entity.
