This is great news, Carl, glad for the update. This is precisely what we should expect from reputable hiring companies. You did everything right on your end and you even went above and beyond. The issue and/or paperwork was on their end and resulted in the signing not being completed – which is 1000% not your fault. You are entitled to be paid in full for your time and effort. You stood your ground on your fees and they respected it. ![]()

Re updating your fee schedule in the Amrock signing platform – were you able to have vendor management update yours in ServiceLink/Exos as well? I wish it was something we could login and update ourselves, but unfortunately it has to be manually entered by CAVM.
#Carmen_Lane, I was able to go into Signing Agent profile and correct the selection to receive edocs. As for ServiceLink here’s their response to my inquiry -
"Hi Carl,
You were on HOLD because your fees are 90.00.
You will not get any business with those fees in any case. Thank you

I would not even bother with trying to update my fee schedule with ServiceLink the gap is just to wide for us to negoiate.

Totally agree I’ve had a couple that the closings were boarded and I have asked for a total fee. I’ve been told no you just get a trip fee and a print fee and I’ve gone as far as to repeatedly go to a manager or an upper person with decision-making And I’ve received both fees
