Well, Loan signing work is not always available. Last year June/July to this year April, it is a golden time where there is tons of work and now it is completely dried out. I take ‘sign as typed’ literally, so, yeah, they do the AKA, too. Never had one bounced back at me for including the AKA. (And also never did NOT have them include the AKA, so can’t address that from personal experience.)
