@amydawn22 I know you probably already know this, but just in case . . .
By any chance did you find the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this topic?
This information is a GOLDMINE!

I’ve performed a cursory Search on your behalf and the results show the following threads about this business entity for PAYMENT DIFFICULTIES, etc. these go back for YEARS:
I worked for them and they wont respond regarding payment!
This company has a history of not paying according to google reviews.
They are through snapdocs so I am going to report them to snapdocs. Any other advice?
I have taken 2 jobs via Snap Docs for a company called “Notary Nation Inc.” First off their payment terms are ridiculous, most all their jobs don’t pay out for 90 days, which to me is crazy! But I took the jobs knowing that (so bad on me). One of the jobs had a term of 45 days. Long story short, I completed these jobs (without errors) back in the first week of September, which means I should have been paid out in October and December. A month ago, I began to try and inquire as to the payment (th…
I accepted a job through Snapdocs for Notary Nation, Inc. The signing was confirmed and docs were printed. Upon arrival the borrower decided he no longer wanted to sign. Notary Nation was informed right away and agreed amount was $30. This was August 19, 2019. I have been messaging and emailing for the past month due to non-payment. To date no payment and all emails have gone unanswered. Terrible company
If you get a job from this company out of miranda California be aware they will keep your money for over 3 months and im am still waiting to get paid ! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM !
Anyone had trouble in getting paid from Notary Nation. Their policy says 2 months, which is bad enough, but It has been almost 3 months and I have not been paid And getting a hold of them is very difficult.
I had never taken an assignment from Notary Nation Inc. before this past week. And I will say I will NEVER accept another one. First assignment is scheduled for Saturday Feb 29 (only paying $45 due to it being “just an application) call to confirm, signer says I did not agree to this day for the signing, I have a thing with my daughter at her school that day, we need to do this another day. Okay I let them know she needs rescheduled for Monday March 02, the lady had none of her docs ready, a…
Anyone have any positive experience with this company? I have been trying to get paid for a job completed on 12/18/18! They don’t respond and I haven’t received payment. My experience has not been good at all!
Continuing the discussion from Has anyone heard of NOTARY NATION INC? :
Yes, I did a application for them on 02/08/2018 through SnapDocs.
Message them through SnapDocs on 03/20/2018 in regards to getting paid for the signing. Nothing, no reply.
Called on 03/29/2018, a Phoenix,AZ number and was told to email admin@notarynationinc.com .
Email them today (04/03/2018) and tried the Phoenix phone again it went to voicemail.
Then on 03/31/2018 they sent me a text for another signing I did not res…
Continuing the discussion from Notary Nation Eperience :
Just received an offer from Notary Nation, Inc. through SnapDocs, for an FHA cash-out loan app signing with 1 notarization for $45. I declined, (fee too low, try $75) and it came back through at $50. Not happening here! This is my full-time business. So it’s not about thinking that I’m worth more than that; it’s simply cost-analysis. Time is only a part of the factor, but there’s also E & O Insurance, printing costs, gas and wear/tear on…
